1.
Fog in my mind and it tastes so sweet Blanket of thoughts never more complete And it takes what you give As long as you try Why would you Think there's a reason To stare the sun in its eyes Smoke in a sunbeam lift me up Jesus my friend in a paper cup I find in the morning it's never enough As the ghost starts walking away Fog in my mind and it sounds so sweet Blanket of thoughts never more complete Melted in hazel to the teeth
2.
Upside Down 03:24
When you come to wake up It's all Upside Down Like a linen receipt Stuck down to the ground From the sheets that tangle you to the ceiling And the taste (Of your hair) Of your hair (In my) In my (Disrepair) Disrepair (From the ground) From the ground (From the ground) Upside Down Upside Down (I could stare at you for hours) Do you believe In? What You see and Hear and think And feel The way I see you Do you bevel In? Honey lips and Sugar teaspoons And feel When you feel me Do you believe In? When you heal me Hear and think And feel And feel And feel
3.
Black Cat 03:45
That look of disgust When you first pet that black cat No one wanted to follow and It's not far looking back You never really saw a reason But leaving it behind was easy Chasing the tail of something evil To (from) your guiding words God knows I'm heathen (God knows I hear them) (God knows I'm healing) Oh, oh, oh, oh, You go on and on and on Spinning yarn around and on And on and on and And on and on and And on and on and And on and on and And on and on and And on and on and on
4.
Stoney Point 04:20
Slipping on ice Like skipping stones Every year as the waves Precipitate And every breath you take Comes with cold air And a frozen face Some strange breeze came Some strange breeze (came) Came to shut us inside (shut us inside) Shudder away (what you do) Blankly (some strange thing) Some strange breeze came Surf set on Stoney Point
5.
Muted 02:28
I still see color outside I still see it in the muted sky Glance and notice Just how old you've grown And how many Friends are just known As you grow Less and less you know And your head fills With noise I still hear clearly In my brain there's muted thoughts For these I have no words Just locks
6.
Deity 17:20
Wake up at war And die Alone in some old box Tied up in old socks Ticking time into slices Facing the day, less and less Slowly as quickly as I can Time has bled me dry Closing every door in this house I used to have this nightmare of falling down the steps I haven't had it in years but the fear never left Not of falling down just of being deaf As we fall my minds wrecked As we fall my mind wept As we fell my mind swept Dirt into cracks in the floor As we fall my minds wrecked As we fall my mind wept As we fell my mind split Floating up a northern sky On a long road Where there's more air Than I can breathe (Of your love, Deity)
7.
Angel Dust 02:41
Precious time You take a bit It's not enough But never is Heaven sent Now all alone Roll us up And burn down home Angel dust A dandelion Blow in the wind Just like the fire

about

Album engineered to be 40mins long exactly.
[not including hidden or bonus tracks]
Recorded on computers.

A psychedelic and shoegazing inspired delve into the dream-pop sound explored on their first full length album "My Guardian Angel is a Ghost" with heavier themes and ethereal ambient sections. A focus on lush spacious mixes as opposed to minimal slowcore. The LP heavily deals in themes of self identity, discovery, goals, religion, drug use and trauma.

The longest recording session spanning over three years of work to refine the musical and thematic ideas originally presented and plotted by the band in two person format (2021) [Guy Grengs and Joseph Johnson]
